Disney has released the much anticipated trailer for its CGI spectacular The Jungle Book.
The film, based on Rudyard Kipling's 1894 short stories of the same name, is a remake of Disney's 1967 animation and due for release next spring.
Scarlett Johansson (Kaa) and Bill Murray (Baloo) are among the stars to complete the vocal line-up along with Christopher Walken (King Louie) Ben Kingsley (Bagheera) and Idris Elba (Shere Khan).
Giancarlo Esposito, who starred in the television series Breaking Bad, will also join the cast in the film which is a mixture of live action and computer-generated animation.
A statement released by Disney said: "The Jungle Book seamlessly blends live-action with photorealistic CGI animals and environments, using up-to-the-minute technology and storytelling techniques to immerse audiences in an enchanting and lush world."
